
• Prof. Dr. Azzam al-Tamimiy (London)
Dr Azzam al-Tamimi is the Director of the London-based Institute of Islamic Political Thought (IIPT).
He was visiting professor at Kyoto University in Japan from 31 March to 30 September 2004 and visiting professor at Nagoya University also in Japan from 30 December 2005 to 30 March 2006.
He is the author of Rachid Ghanouchi, Democrat within Islamism, Oxford University Press, New York, Autumn 2001. He also co-edited Islam and Secularism in the Middle East, Hurst, London and NY University Press in New York, Autumn 2000.
His most recent book: Hamas Unwritten Chapters was published by Hurst, London, 1 November 2006.
He writes and lectures on issues related to Islamic Political thought and Middle Eastern politics. Among his articles was ‘A Stroll in hell’ where he urged the Arabs to re-ignite the spirit of Jihad.
He is a regular commentator on a number of Arabic satellite channels including Aljazeera and Alhiwar and frequently makes appearance on a number of English channels.

- Menerbitkan buku HAMAS, The Unwritten Chapter.
- Menulis dan memberi syarahan mengenai isu-isu berkaitan pemikiran politik Islam dan Polisi-plosi Timur Tengah.
- Kerap muncul sebagai pengantara di rangkaian satelit Bahasa Arab iaitu al-Jazeera dalam bahasa Inggeris dan Arab.
- Banyak menulis artikel-artikel. Diantara artikel ‘A Stroll in Hell’ beliau menyeru bangsa Arab untuk membuka pintu jihad yang telah terkunci.

• Dr Muhsin Saleh (Palestine)

Dr. Mohsen Moh’d Saleh is the General Manager of al- Zaytouna Centre for Studies and Consultations in Beirut , Lebanon since 2004. He is an Associate Professor of Modern and Contemporary Arab History. His exact field of specialisation is Palestine Studies.
He obtained his Phd in 1993. He was the Executive Manager of Middle East Studies Centre in Amman , Jordan 1993-1994. He served as a lecturer in the Department of History and Civilization at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) 1994-2004. Dr. Mohsen was awarded: The Award of Bait al -Maqdis ( Jerusalem ) for Young Muslims Scholars in 1997, granted by the Islamic Research Academy in U K. He was also awarded the Excellent Teaching Award (College level), granted by IIUM in 2002.
Dr. Mohsen is the author of 10 books and some of his books were translated into several languages. He contributed chapters in 7 books. He is the editor or co-editor of 15 books. He is the editor of the prestigious annual Palestinian Strategic Report. Dr. Mohsen is the editor of electronic daily “Palestine Today”, with more than 1400 issues. He published many articles in referred Journals and magazines. He presented papers in tens of academic conferences and seminars. He is a frequent commentator on current issues on broadcasting media. Dr. Mohsen is married with one child.

• Dr. Roslan Mohd Nor (Malaysia)

Dr Md Roslan Md Nor is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Islamic History and Civilisation, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya.
He obtained his Phd in Islamic Jerusalem Studies, from Aberdeen University, Scotland. In fact, he is the first Malaysian to have been given the privileged to graduate in this particular area of studies.
He is also the first Malaysian to have been awarded His Highness Shaik Hamdan b Rashid al-Makhtoum Scholarship for Young Researcher, to undertake his post-graduate studies in Scotland.
His research interests include Early Islamic History and Civilization, Islam and Muslim in Malay Archipelago and Middle East Affairs. He has published academic articles such as Islamic Jerusalem: The Land of the Night Journey and Ascension (2006) in Journal of Islamic Jerusalem Studies, Scotland and Islamic Jerusalem Under Muslim Rule in Early Islamic Period (2008) in Journal of al-Tamaddun, Malaysia.
He is currently involves in research projects such as Islamicjerusalem and Palestine in Media as Principal Investigator, and a member in Tuan Tabal and His Contribution in Islamic Literature and Tasawwuf, and The History of Islamic Education in Malaysia which all of these projects are funded by University of Malaya, Malaysia.
He is also working on a book entitled ‘The Significance of Islamicjerusalem in Islam: Quranic and Hadith Perspectives’ under the advice of University Malaya Press.
